1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Technolite Business Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the CONNECTit mobile application ("App") or associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

CONNECTit is an enterprise productivity and customer engagement platform designed to streamline communication workflows:

• Call Manager & Analytics: Real-time call tracking, duration reporting, and call-based communication triggers.
• SMS Scheduler & Automations: User-configured text message scheduling and automatic follow-up dispatches.
• Contact Management & Auto-Save: Rapid business contact saving and local contact synchronization.
• Digital Cards & QR Tools: Digital business card generation, PDF catalog sharing, and QR code creation.

3. Account Registration and License Keys

• Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate registration details (including your verified 10-digit mobile number) during sign-up.
• Activation Keys: Access to premium automation features requires a valid product key provided by Technolite Business Solutions Pvt Ltd or authorized partners.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

4. User Responsibilities & Anti-Spam Compliance

Because CONNECTit facilitates SMS and message automation directly via your device hardware, you explicitly agree to the following obligations:

• Recipient Consent: You will only send automated messages or scheduled text SMS to individuals who have given you prior express consent or with whom you possess a genuine, ongoing business relationship.
• Regulatory Adherence: You agree to strictly abide by all regional telecom and anti-spam legislation, including TRAI TCCCPR Regulations (India), TCPA / CAN-SPAM (USA), and GDPR (EU).
• Prohibited Use: You will not use CONNECTit to transmit unsolicited bulk marketing (spam), deceptive phishing links, fraudulent offers, defamatory or abusive content, or malicious code.

5. Carrier Fees and Third-Party Messaging

• Carrier Charges: Standard cellular SMS, voice call, and data charges apply based on your mobile network carrier plan. You are solely responsible for all carrier tariffs incurred when CONNECTit sends SMS from your device SIM cards.
• Third-Party Integrations: When connecting with third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp API or web connectors), you must adhere to all applicable third-party platform rules and rate limits. CONNECTit is independently developed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. System Permissions & Privacy

CONNECTit requires specific runtime permissions (such as READ_CALL_LOG, READ_PHONE_STATE, SEND_SMS, READ_CONTACTS, and POST_NOTIFICATIONS) to perform automated tasks on your behalf. Permission handling is governed strictly by our Privacy Policy.

7. Account Deletion & Data Erasure

In full compliance with Google Play User Data Policies, users may permanently delete their account and associated cloud data at any time:

• In-App Deletion: Inside the App, navigate to Profile / Account Info ➔ Red "Delete Account" button. Confirming deletion immediately wipes your profile, licenses, and cloud records.
• Email Request: You may also request complete data erasure by emailing support@connectitapp.com.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CONNECTit is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that automated messaging will be uninterrupted or error-free, as delivery is contingent on mobile network carrier availability, cellular signal strength, and manufacturer battery optimization policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Technolite Business Solutions Pvt Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Any revisions will take effect immediately upon posting to this URL. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune / Maharashtra, India.
