Since this is a digital product, no physical goods are shipped.


2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made for Smart CONNECT QR are generally non-refundable.

However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

  • Technical error resulting in non-activation of service

  • Payment deducted but account not created

Refund requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of payment.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of usage

  • Business closure

  • Incorrect plan selection

  • Failure to use features

  • Delay caused due to incomplete KYC or client-side information


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription can be cancelled anytime by informing our support team.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing (if applicable).

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.


5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

  • Technolite Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
