Since this is a digital product, no physical goods are shipped.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made for Smart CONNECT QR are generally non-refundable.
However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Technical error resulting in non-activation of service
Payment deducted but account not created
Refund requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Lack of usage
Business closure
Incorrect plan selection
Failure to use features
Delay caused due to incomplete KYC or client-side information
4. Cancellation Policy
Subscription can be cancelled anytime by informing our support team.
Cancellation will stop future billing (if applicable).
No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
