In accordance with Google Play User Data Policies, CONNECTit provides direct options for users to delete their account and associated server data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: Direct In-App Account Deletion (Instant)

You can instantly delete your account directly inside the CONNECTit mobile app:

  1. Open the CONNECTit app and tap your Profile Icon at the top left.
  2. Tap the Info / Settings Icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap the red DELETE ACCOUNT button.
  4. Enter your account password to confirm.

Your Firebase account and server data will be immediately deleted.

Method 2: Web / Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to support@connectitapp.com.
  2. Subject line: "Request Account Deletion - CONNECTit".
  3. Provide your registered mobile number or email address used for login.

Data Types That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently erased from our servers:

  • Your Firebase User Authentication Account credentials.
  • Your stored mobile number and user profile details.
  • Your cloud configuration settings and single-device license records.
  • Your synced app activity and status reporting records.

Data Retention Period

In-app deletion is instant. Email deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Anonymized crash logs may be retained for up to 30 days for system diagnostic purposes before automatic purge.
